  • Lennie is a good boy, when it’s just me at home. But when my 8 year old and older children are around, or anyone that comes to our home, Lennie becomes very excitable. He jumps up for a fuss but does doesn’t know when to stop. Lennie really does have the ability to be the most amazing dog with the right training.

Description

This gorgeous boy is a Rottweiler x Labradoodle and will be 2 years old in March. He currently lives in a busy home with myself, my three grown-up children who are in and out throughout the day, and an 8-year-old. He has grown up around people and is very used to a family environment. He is not an aggressive dog at all, he's a big softie who absolutely loves attention. He's a bouncy, enthusiastic lad who sometimes forgets his size, so he will suit someone confident and comfortable with larger breeds. He's Good on the lead, Crate trained, Knows his commands & loves treats, Ok recall (especially when treats are involved!) He would thrive in a home with someone who can give him regular walks, consistency, and the time to continue shaping him into the amazing dog he's meant to be. With the right person, he's an absolute gentle giant who wants nothing more than affection and structure. The only reason for rehoming is that he deserves more than I'm currently able to provide. This has been an incredibly tough decision, but it's the right one for both him and our family. He deserves a home where he can continue to grow, learn, and get all the love and attention he craves. If you think you could offer this big friendly boy the life he deserves, please get in touch.

Buyer's checklist to avoid scams!

Keep all communication on Furdopt.com – Avoid moving to external platforms where scams are common.
Never send a deposit unless you have viewed the pet in person – Scammers often ask for upfront payments and disappear.
Don’t share your ID or personal details – Protect yourself from identity theft and fraud.
Beware of phishing scams – Avoid clicking on suspicious links or emails asking for login details.
Be responsible, do your own research – Verify the seller, their background, and the pet’s history.
Ask lots of questions – A genuine seller will provide health records, vaccination details, and pet history.
Meet in a safe place – Always visit the seller’s premises to see the pet in a secure environment.
Check for warning signs – Unusually low prices, urgency, or reluctance to meet in person are red flags.
Request vet records and microchip details – Ensure the pet is healthy and legally registered.
Avoid sellers who refuse video calls or in-person meetings – Scammers often hide behind fake listings.
Trust your instincts – If something feels off, walk away and report suspicious listings.
