Description
Jack is 4 years old and weighs just over 14kg, with lovely long legs. He is neutered and fully vaccinated. He is in foster with a dog called Marley, and they love doing zoomies, though Jack also enjoys just chilling by himself. Jack is originally from Romainia and came to the UK as a puppy, but sadly he was badly let down by his previous family. Since being in foster he has blossomed and he now walks well on his lead and is fine around traffic. He is enjoying many new experiences, inclusing trips to cafés and the beach. He is polite when meeting new dogs and people. Within the home he is quite happy snoozing. We are looking for a home with a friendly, well socialised dog of a similar size, or a home with a garden where Jack can chill. He can be an only dog and can be left for several hours. Jack travels well in the car. He also knows a number of commands such as 'sit' and 'stay'. We are looking for an adopter who is consistent in their training, using positive reinforcement, and who will introduce Jack to new experiences in a kind and supportive way. Jack will make a super companion in the right home but because he can be nervous if things in the home get too hectic, we will not rehome him to a home with children or where children visit regularly. Home check and adoption donation apply. Full Rescue backup and support throughout the adoprion process and for the lifetime of the dog.
