Description

Hi all, unfortunately due to work now requiring me to be back in the office 5 days a week I’ve come to the difficult decision to rehome my beloved whippet (Spence). He’s a big bundle of energy for a few hours a day and a professional sleeper for the rest, he lives with myself and my 4 year old son so is used to children. He is fully vaccinated, microchipped, house trained and no known medical issues. Unfortunately I cannot afford to do daycare for him for the 5 days a week and he has mild separation anxiety so isn’t able to stay home for a long duration! For anyone that is seriously interested I would like to be able to come to your home for a visit/meeting as I want to make sure that he goes to the right place for him. Preferably he would go to a couple so he has someone with him most of the time or people that work fully remote. Just drop me a message and can provide any further information that you might want! I am based in West Malling!

FurDopt Safety Advice: You MUST read our buyer's checklist before contacting the advertiser.

Buyer's checklist to avoid scams!

Keep all communication on Furdopt.com – Avoid moving to external platforms where scams are common.
Never send a deposit unless you have viewed the pet in person – Scammers often ask for upfront payments and disappear.
Don’t share your ID or personal details – Protect yourself from identity theft and fraud.
Beware of phishing scams – Avoid clicking on suspicious links or emails asking for login details.
Be responsible, do your own research – Verify the seller, their background, and the pet’s history.
Ask lots of questions – A genuine seller will provide health records, vaccination details, and pet history.
Meet in a safe place – Always visit the seller’s premises to see the pet in a secure environment.
Check for warning signs – Unusually low prices, urgency, or reluctance to meet in person are red flags.
Request vet records and microchip details – Ensure the pet is healthy and legally registered.
Avoid sellers who refuse video calls or in-person meetings – Scammers often hide behind fake listings.
Trust your instincts – If something feels off, walk away and report suspicious listings.
